1) Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions we use these expressions, which have the following meanings (unless otherwise stated):
The 'Services' & 'Elmscrafts' means the elmscrafts.co.uk online services

2) Returns policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase please return the goods back to us within 14 days, undamaged, in original packaging, with an explanation of why you are returning the goods and we will refund the purchase price in full. The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. (Elmscrafts requests that you use registered post or recorced delivery when returning goods and that proof o postage is retained).

3) Use of third party websites and web links
Your correspondence or participation in promotions, or business dealings with advertisers or links (including without limitation professional photographers, Genealogical researchers,) found on or through the system, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings, or as the result of the presence of such advertisers or links on or through the Services.

4) Acceptance of orders
WE accept all orders for products and Services, subject to availability and which are in accordance with the use of the Services stated in these Terms and conditions.

You understand that we will proceed with the order from the time your payment arrives, we will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery. Payment will be taken from you before your purchase is dispatched.

5) Deliver of orders
We will endeavour, but we are under no obligation, to deliver you order with the time stated on this service. All time periods refer to working days and do not include weekends or Bank holidays (weekends are Saturdays & Sundays). If there is an absense for holiday then it will be clearly stated on the home page of the website stating when the delivery dates will commence. We accept no liability for loss or damage suffered due to delivery after the time stated on the Website or non-delivery, whether this loss is caused by us or by a third party.

We will deliver to the address you notify to us when you place your order.

We endeavour to achieve the shortest possible order delivery times by processing orders as soon as they are received and payment is cleared but we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver within the stated guideline standard delivery times. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed parcels/envelopes and their contents if the are returned to us, without obligation to refund you or any other person.

6) Returns and Refunds
When your order has been accepted, you will see a confirmation page and receive an email. These will act as a receipt. If you wish and are entitled to return or gain a refund on an order made through this Service, you can either email or post us with all the details via the 'enquiries' area of the site.

7) Price Information
All prices displayed online are correct at the time when they are posted on the system, and prices displayed online will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed through the system.

8) Disclaimers

These Terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

11) Using personal information
Elmscrafts uses Paypal for secure payment so we do not see your credit card transaction or details, the information that we recieve is your name, Address, Telephone number, email address and this is for postage and contact purposes.

Elmscrafts will use the information that you provide for us for our own marketing purposes and to notify you about improvements and enhancesments to our online shop. We would like to keep you informed about our products and services and notify you of special offers that we think you may be interested in.

We DO NOT pass on your details to any third party.

We will endeavour to respond to your email within 48 hours of the email being received.
